Disc Customization and Backing Options
Our discs are intentionally engineered without arbor holes, allowing users to utilize the entire surface area for their applications. If an arbor hole is needed, we are able to provide one at no additional charge. Customers have the flexibility to select from a variety of backing options, including pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA), Velcro, or magnetic backings, which are available as separate items. The discs are offered in sizes ranging from 1⁄2” to 24”, with PSA as the standard backing for discs sized 1⁄2”, 3⁄4”, 1”, and 1 1/2”.
Disc Material Types and Mesh Guidelines
All discs up to 24 inches in diameter are supplied on ERN or BRK (Heavyweight) material for mesh sizes up to 800. For discs with a mesh size of 1200 and finer, Carbo (Mediumweight) material is used to ensure optimal performance.
Diamond Resin Bonded Sheets
Our diamond resin bonded sheets are available in 9 x 11-inch dimensions. These sheets are typically supplied on Carbo (Mediumweight) material, but for those seeking greater flexibility, BLT (Lightweight) material can be provided upon request. Sheets are sold individually, rather than in packs.
